Whistleblowing System Certification

Compliance management is becoming a hot topic due to a variety of problems that have occurred with the governance systems of companies in recent years.
Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency has recommended that companies implement whistleblowing systems as a way to prevent these sorts of cases and problems before they happen. In May 2018, it published a report called Introducing a Certification System for Whistleblowing System which specifies the framework for a certification system.
